These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Travus mobile application and related services ("Service"). By creating an account or using Travus, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Travus. You represent that the information you provide (including profile and verification details) is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.
Travus helps travelers create and discover trips, apply to join others’ trips, match, chat, and complete profiles. Features may change over time. Some actions (such as creating trips or applying beyond certain limits) may require identity verification and/or an active Travus Plus subscription, as shown in the app.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You may sign in with email, Sign in with Apple, or Google where offered. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Where the app requires it, identity verification is completed through our partner Sumsub. Verification is purchased as a one-time In-App Purchase through Apple; the price shown in the app at checkout applies. Successful verification is tied to your account as described in the app. You must complete verification honestly; false documents or abuse of the flow may result in loss of access.
Travus Plus is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly options where available) billed through your Apple ID. Features and limits for Free vs Plus are shown in the app and may change; we will not materially reduce your paid entitlements without notice where required by law.
Licensed Application End User License Agreement: Your use of the app is also subject to Apple’s standard EULA except where these Terms provide additional terms; in case of conflict regarding the Travus service, these Terms control for that service.
Free accounts may be subject to limits (for example, on monthly trip applications, active trips, or trip creations). Current limits are displayed in the app and may be adjusted to keep the platform fair and stable.
You retain rights to content you upload (such as photos and messages). You grant Travus a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and process that content solely to operate and improve the Service. We may remove content or accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
Travus is a platform that connects people. We do not conduct background checks on every user. You are solely responsible for your interactions and travel decisions. Meet in public places, tell someone your plans, and use common sense.
The Service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Travus and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) fifty US dollars (USD), except where law does not allow such a cap.
You may stop using Travus at any time. You may delete your account using in-app controls where available. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for operational reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including Sections 9, 11, 12, and 14) will survive termination.
We may modify these Terms. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires a different process.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence may still apply.
